Returns

We offer refunds and exchanges within the first 30 days of purchase only.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we will need a copy of your packing slip or your order.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded — only regularly priced items.
  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, then you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

Exempt Goods

Several types of goods cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
  • Products that are intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds might be granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

  • We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Within 30 days, send an email to {email address} with your order number, a description of the problem, and that you want a replacement product.
  • Return the item using the shipping directions below.
  • After we receive your product, we will send out the exchange.
  • If you need a different size, you should return the original product for a refund and order the correct size as a new order.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

How to ship your return item

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Mail your product to:

  • Please include your order number or a copy of your printed order or packing list.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you will vary depending on where you live.
  • If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
